Tonka Hy-Way Dept. V-Plow fits round fender Tonka Trucks. Toy is being sold in as is condition with no returns. The blue flasher lights are reproduction parts. The axle that attaches the plow to the truck is home made. Plow and Bracket are in original condition with scratches and surface rust. Please use photos as a part of my description.
