Listing includes two, HOOK & COOK BBQ tools/kitchen utensils (right-handed), one measuring 14,” and one measuring 10 1/2″ long. One is short and one long for uses in the kitchen and on the outdoor grill. The handles are wood and the rods are stainless steel. The design has been around for some time, but there aren’t many on the market. A plastic guard is also included for each curvy tip for safe storage (see pics). They are handcrafted by a skilled craftsman. Wood handles vary in color/stain hue according to the wood grain, then soaked in mineral oil to seal and protect. The picture shows a very light wood, but the ones we have selling now are a darker stain, and very pretty. They come packaged together with a tag on top. How to use them?…… Simply hook your cooking meat and flip it over! (See pic) Much easier than tongs or spatulas. . . safer too! If used outdoors on the grill, they may be used to help clean the grill when you are finished by placing the hook over the grill rods and sliding it back and forth to loosen cooked-on food (see pic). If your food sticks while cooking, just hook the end over the grill rod and slide it under the meat! You can even get pickles out of a jar and corn on the cob out of the water or off the grill with these handy tools! Indoors or out, these cooking tools are indispensable.
