We ship items Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Standard Order Processing time: 1-2 Business Days from date of cleared payment your item should leave our warehouse. While we try to get all order out next business day we will notify customer of any delay that may happen
Estimated Order Transit time: 2-8 Business Days from shipment date.
Total Estimated Delivery time: You should receive your item in a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 12 days.

ALL items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories. Any electrical appliance that has been opened/used, and the seal of the electrical cord has been untied – return will not be honored and there will be no refund issued.
Ship via a traceable method to ensure we receive it. We cannot be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us.
In case of item damaged or incorrect product, please send an email to our Customer Service team with images of the defective item and original packaging. We will do our best to respond to you within 48 hours. Please do not discard the item unless we approve your case.

If you would like to return a product, please email our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box, included with the packing slip inside. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without this authorization number. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured United States Postal Service when returning goods.
