The Thoriated electrode is a traditional outstanding welding electrode, whose arc is continuous, stable, without spreading and dispersing. As it is not easy to get a round top with thermostability, it performs well in a lifetime. BLUE-2% LANTHANATED Lanthanated electrodes are popular due to the relative ease of striking an arc and lower amperage required. They perform exceptionally well in both AC & DC applications. GREEN-PURE TUNGSTEN The original pure tungsten electrode contains at least 99.5% tungsten and delivers all of the properties classically associated with tungsten – superior conductivity, durability, and performance. No adding any rare earth oxides, the electron emission capability is the smallest, so it suits for AC welding of heavy load conditions only, such as aluminum and magnesium alloy welding. GREY-2% CERIATED Contain a minimum of 97.30% tungsten and 1.80-2.20% cerium. Ceriated electrodes can be used proficiently in AC or DC processes and perform best in DC welding at low current settings. With its excellent arc starts at low amperages, ceriated tungsten has become popular in such applications as orbital tube and pipe manufacturing, thin sheet metal work or jobs where small and delicate parts. GOLD-1.5%LANTHANATED Lanthanated electrodes are popular due to the relative ease of striking an arc and lower amperage required. They perform exceptionally well in both AC & DC applications.
